Job Description

As the Asset Protection Manager at Where Ya Bin, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure the safety of products, employees and customers. The APM will do this by monitoring CCTV cameras, reviewing store operations, and walking the floor. 

Responsibilities: 

• Responding to external and internal theft incidents and preventing future theft.
• Implementing strategic resolutions or external theft and fraud and apprehending individuals attempting to cause loss. 
• Initiate, investigate and resolve internal investigations.
• Identify theft and shortage trends in your store. 
• Resolve theft using good judgement and conducting apprehensions. 
• Collaborate with your store manager to analyze store trends and enhance security for guests and team members. 
• Work with local law enforcement when needed. 
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct and compliance; lead team to work in the same way and hold others accountable to this commitment. 
• Hold team members accountable to expectation set by leadership. 
• Work directly with CEO to ensure all company policies and theft prevention processes are being followed. 
• Participate in legal proceedings as necessary to represent Where Ya Bin Interest. 
• Demonstrate how to engage with guest when assistance is needed, engage with guest in welcoming way, and help solve their needs. 
• Address store needs
• Manage your workload and prioritize task independently. 
• access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues.
