As a key member of our practice, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing top-notch patient care. Daily Responsibilities: Manage patient scheduling and appointments Handle insurance billing, claims, and verification Assist with treatment planning and patient care Oversee front office operations and file management Coordinate credit card processing and accounts receivable Required Skills: Experience with Curve Dental software ( is a plus) Strong administrative skills Knowledge of HIPAA regulations Ability to handle inbound/outbound calling Excellent communication and customer service skills Nice to Have Skills: Experience with insurance referrals and collections Proficiency in general office duties Previous experience in a dental office setting Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $44,636.00 Maximum Salary: $52,337.00 Benefits: Sick Leave, Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off Company Information: Hudson Valley Dental TMD & Facial Aesthetics LLC specializes in dental care, temporomandibular joint disorders, and facial aesthetics services.
