About the Role: Join Office Pride of Northeastern Indiana as an Industrial Cleaner and play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and clean environment. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and want to contribute to our mission of excellence in commercial cleaning.
Monday - Friday ( Weekend optional )
4 hour Evening shift per clean
Weekly Pay on Fridays
Engaged Management with on the job training
Responsibilities: - Perform thorough cleaning of industrial facilities, including floors, machinery, and equipment.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention or repairs.
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling efforts to promote sustainability.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning tasks and supplies used.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: - Previous experience in industrial cleaning or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy objects.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must pass background checks and drug screenings.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
