Position Overview
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading and managing the maintenance function within a high-volume beverage production facility. This role ensures equipment reliability, operational safety, and cost-effective maintenance practices while supporting continuous production. The position oversees a team of approximately 10+ union and non-union employees.
