What You’ll Do

• Connect with borrowers nationwide who are ready to buy or refinance their homes
• Guide clients through every step of the loan process with clear communication and care
• Review applications, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with bank lending standards
• Collaborate closely with processors, underwriters, and management to deliver a smooth experience from start to close
• Build strong customer relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
• Maintain accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail in every file

What You’ll Bring

• 1–3 years of residential mortgage experience (consumer direct or call center background preferred)
• Proven ability to meet goals in a sales-driven environment
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in loan origination systems and loan calculation tools
• Self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others
