What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading the flock and keeping your shift cluckin' smoothly
• Making sure every guest walks out saying "That was fire"
• Delegating like a boss (because teamwork makes the heat work)
• Managing food safety, quality, and speed without breaking a sweat
• Training crew members until they're just as crispy and golden as our tenders
• Keeping the vibe upbeat and organized (even when the line's out the door)
• Handling money, inventory, and shift schedules like a spicy spreadsheet ninja
• Creating craveable experiences that turn guests into fans

You Might Be Our Perfect Recipe If You:

• Are detail-obsessed and thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment
• Can communicate clearly, coach patiently, and keep your cool under pressure
• Have 612 months of restaurant or retail leadership experience
• Can lift 5075 lbs (aka, a saucy amount of chicken) and be on your feet for long shifts
• Are 18+ with a food handler's card and a hunger to grow
